Ok, yes I am a sucker for pretty nature scenery. Sorry you have to put up with some more Fall pictures from me, but I can’t promise this is the end of them either!

LadyBug-there’s been a ton of these outside lately…

Sassy loves to run and she’s having fun with all the leaves. It’s hard to actually get a half-decent picture of her doing it though!!

These two pics were on my regular blog but I wanted to add them here too just because it was a fun part of my day today :)

Here’s a few pictures from the last few days…

This is one of my new lamps. I wasn’t sure about the shade at first but I really like them. Then I noticed how well it went with the new picture Susan sent me for my birthday :)

Here’s a couple pictures from outside in my yard. I really love to take nature pictures, and the trees are getting very pretty! I wish they would last longer.

OOPS! Got a little behind on this blog too. I honestly got so busy I didn’t keep taking my PODS and it’s a hopeless cause now. Not really though because I can start again. Today has been the day of renewed blogging lol. I want to see if I can get back into this-even if I don’t post pictures daily I want to try to keep up on taking them. I hope you guys have kept up on yours even though they aren’t getting posted on here as well.

This is my deck outside. The leaves are starting to turn and fall, but not quite enough for pictures of the trees yet.

TODAY we FINALLY got josh's acceptance letter to Kansas State! We've already known he was in but the letter had gotten lost in the mail. They sent a new one and that one came today!

Mandy my niece spent some time at my house. She stayed the night here with Alaska so she could ride with Josh and I early to my mom's birthday breakfast in idaho Falls at Bubba's. It was fun seeing her even though it wasn't for too long. She loves the animals, and stormy played right along! Isn't Mandy pretty!

Luna LOVES her scratching post! She doesn't care if you're holding it or it's on the floor. I think I've already got pictures of her and her scratching post-but it's a fun part of every day.

This morning there was frost all over. I had fun taking pictures of everything that had frost on it. I know I seem to do alot of these. But I really enjoy taking pictures of those. And it also tells you that I am always cold lol.

Just a silly picture. I discovered a fun new photo editing site today, so that is pretty much how I spent my day. Therefore I guess it's appropriate to make this my POD. Not really a good picture but I like what I was able to do with it, too bad it isn't a picture I would actually use. Also I found a new quote today that I thought was cute "Don't be creepy. You know the guy. Don't be that guy." It was one of the rules of etiquette for a web site I was looking at, it made me smile, maybe you'll smile too. ;)

Mandy was basically the only "Valentiney" person in our family. She called to say "happy V", she bought the cute card and she made the cutie-pie cupcakes. They were just little mini's, mouth popping delicious! Thank you sissy for loving us :) We Love You Too <3

Rockin' it! Yeah we're aweSome(tee hee...) It was a fun night of "Guitar Hero" Alycia was our awesome Guitar player, CAssie was the photographer, Dylan,Austin and the Littles were our Groupies! I'm pretty sure if the "Eagles" heard our version of "Hotel California" they'd be bowing down to us!!

This is one of my favorite corners in my house. I just love my little shelf. It's Moe?! Moe was a horse I had when I was younger. Awhile after Dad died Mom decided to sell the horses. One of the horses was Moe, so Mom said since he was my horse I should have the money("thanks mom", not really fair though since you and Dad fed him for all those years, but still "thanks so much"). So with that money I purchased this red cupboard, I had seen it and really liked it but kept talking myself out of it, until Moe;)

SURPRISE! Josh snuck into my work just before closing and hid these in my locker! I knew he'd stopped by but I thought he just saw I was busy so that's why he left so quick. I had no idea (and no one saw him either) that he'd brought me a dozen pink roses! (I look yucky cuz I just got home from working a 10 hour shift) Happy Valentines Eve!

I SEE you! I thought I'd try to sneak a picture of this spider after it snuck into my house. It was up on the ceiling when I snapped the photo and later after I looked at the picture I was surprised to find that it was definitely watching me! Not sure if it's smiling...

Yum. Pineapple Rum Chicken with steamed rice and broccoli. This was "rumtastic" as Josh puts it! A partial experiment that was easy to make and sure to be found in our kitchen again.

Something I experience nearly every time I spend very long on my laptop. One or both of my kitties think they need to be on my lap. They really make it hard to do whatever I'm doing and type! They also won't take "no" for an answer.

I know this isn't from today. But since I haven't had a chance to post yet. I thought I would post it anyways. We were coming home (To Grandma and Grandpa Larsens house) from Bountiful. It was raining really hard and the fog was so thick you could not see the exit signs. Mom missed the Farr West Exit and then the pleasent view exit and yes she missed another one. So we decided we would get off the next exit. And try to find our way back to Pleasent View. Well we figured out what highway we were on. So we were driving and all of the sudden we started seeing red signs. And we looked closer and they said wrong way. It was terrible. Thank goodness no one was coming in the lane we were in. But we finally got over to the road that was going the right direction.

SO IF YOU ARE GOING THE WRONG WAY. DON'T WORRY THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE FOR YOU TO GET BACK ON THE RIGHT WAY. HEHE

Yippee!! This is always how I feel when I open the mailbox and find a new scrapbook magazine! Imagine my joy when there was not only one but two!!! Yeah I know, I'm a dork, Dylan was already kind enough to inform me. Also since I can't get Dylan to take a picture for me I figured out how to use the timer on my camera for this pic. Pretty cool, that is definitely one feature I'll be using a lot more.

My poor sick boy :( Dylan complained of a headache for the past 4 or 5 days, I didn't really think it was anything serious, but finally Saturday night he couldn't stand it any longer so we had to go to the E.R. in Driggs. They decided he probably has a severe sinus infection, something that didn't even occur to me since I've never had sinus troubles. They treated it with a really strong anti-biotic that had to be given through an IV. He got one dose on Saturday, then we had to go back on Sunday to get the next dose. Thankfully the headache is gone and he seems to be doing fine now :)

Mandy was home this weekend :) She had to do a project for school, create her own spa. She worked on it for a long time, all day the previous Sunday and most of this Sunday, but she finally finished it! It turned out really good . This is the finished product (it's a whole book, we're just seeing the really cute cover here) I bet she'll get a really good grade. Thank you Alaska for taking my POD for me!

This is a bulletin board that my sister-in-law's gave me for my birthday (thanks girls!). It was a little dull "as is" so I decided to "cutsie" it up a bit. I was quite pleased with how it turned out, plus it was a fun project to occupy my day.

Here's a few pictures from the many days I didn't post a POD. I will definately try to become better at this!!!

We love to pop and eat popcorn at home when we're watching movies or doing whatever. Josh does a great job with the homemade stuff and this is all there is left in my bowl when I'm finished.

This is my newer purse. A great friend I met through the Bannock Humane Society heard me say I'd like a red purse and next thing I know she's found one somewhere and bought it for me! I really like it. It goes perfectly with my red scarf or my red heels.

My Phone. It's been a good and trusty side-kick for 2 years now (on V-day) and I just realized how long it had been and that I can now 'upgrade'. Even though I missed my old LG when I got the Motarola, this phone grew on me and has been the longest lasting phone I've had. I haven't had to replace anything and it's still working just fine! AND I never got sick of the pink-I still love it!

A couple of our favorite things...
Homemade Mac & Cheese is one of the few things Josh asks for repeatedly. We both love it. We hadn't had these two together before, but the Pot Stickers were actually pretty good with the mac & cheese! I guess this is what you get when you come up with a quick dinner on the spot ha ha.

I always go have my Mother-in-Law, Jackie do my nails. I grew up letting my nails grow. She started covering them with a gel, making them stronger and way cute! This is one of the MANY different things she does, and does so well! She owns The Beauty Shop in Preston, Idaho.

Well, I guess that's a good catch up for now. I'll definately have to post more pictures later! As you can tell-I'm at least getting better at finding 'random' things to take pictures of that still have to do with my daily life! Some are things I see each and every day.

Hey Susan and Seri-you two better get to posting! I'm still wanting to see your pictures!!!

This is a very common sight in our home. TEXTING! Holy cow, who knew something could ever take the place of Actual conversation? Both kids are avid "texters", me, well I'm not so good at it, but since Mandy has been at school, when she gets bored during the day she'll text me so I have gotten a little better at it! I think I want a phone that has the little keyboard, then I wouldn't struggle so much: )

Apparently I'm the only one still doing this POD thing? Does that make me dedicated? someone who follows through with what they start? or just plain lame? Like maybe I need to get a life?! Well whatever it is I am bound and determined to keep going with this (I got my kit, see last POD, I have to). I still like posting a picture every now and then, obviously I don't take the time to do it daily, but it is still a good motivator for me:)

This was tonight's dessert. For dinner we had chicken fried steak and spaghetti squash-it was good. For dessert we had this. The strawberry topping was homemade and so was the whipped cream. But I admit I bought the angelfood cake. Next time maybe I'll make it all from scratch.

If i happen to look down when I'm cooking, this is often my view! I love my "Little's", it's amazing how much company they are. They are pretty much ALWAYS underfoot, but I'm used to it. Not a very good picture, I finally figured out what the shadow is (I thought it was me, so I'd move to the side or to the top or bottom...) it was the lens hood, DUH, should have figured that one out sooner.

Here's my POD's from yesterday and today. I wish I'd taken a camera to work today-I could have posted a picture of an evil cat trying to take off my face. Maybe I'll take my old camera and keep it there, since I do have some interesting things sometimes, and that's where I am most of the time!

Oh and Susan-the banana bread looks awesome! Now I want to go make another loaf ha ha!

Frosty Morning

Some very chilly and foggy mornings led to beautiful frost on the trees. I was laying in bed looking at this tree out my window and just had to grab the camera and snap a shot. I'm sure I was quite a sight out there in my nightie and snow boots! I love Frosty Mornings.

Today wasn't really an eventfull day. I also had the day off. I just did some cleaning around my house. And played playstation with my hubby! It was fun. I am growing to like playing Call of Duty.
